The layout should not break on smaller screens.

What needs to happen

  • Sidebar collapses (hamburger toggle or auto-hide) on narrow screens
  • Issue list remains usable on tablet widths
  • Not targeting mobile as a primary use case — just don't break
  • CSS media queries, nothing fancy
